I download maps from ETS2 website and when i run that It wouldn't be a single colour, rather, a paint scheme or set of paints (ie. metallic). And you can look in the Paint tab and scroll down the list on the left, it will show what level is needed to unlock if they aren't already. You can pick & unlock those ADR certification in any order.
